SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping charges is free for orders on & above Rs.999 (For all district level location in India)
2. Shipping charges Rs. 100+GST ( Rs. Hundred+GST only) will be applicable for any order below Rs. 999/-
3. Shipping charges will be calculated on case to case basis for any other location in India other than District center.
4. Shipping charges will be calculated on case to case basis for any location out of India.
5. For All orders handling time is 48 hrs. from the day of order. And shipping time is 3-4 working days in India and will be 6-7 working days out of India.
6. Custom duty/clearance charges if any applicable to out of India shipment will be in customers account.
7. We deliver across India to all major cities, please select your location before proceeding.

Payments Policy:
Payment can be done via

ii. Debit Cards and
iii. Net Banking.

1. Our payment system online is totally safe and hack-proof.
2. No card details are shared with any third party.
3. We do not charge any additional transaction fees on card payments.
4. No EMI facility is available.
5. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Credit Card/Debit Card Details
The Credit Card/Debit Card details provided to RaEat Foods by the customer will not be shared with any third party. In the case of fraudulent matters, the company holds the right to share the details with the concerned body for verification. The customer shall not under any circumstance use a credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by him. The customer is hence requested to provide only valid and accurate card details.

Fraudulent Transactions
If any fraudulent transactions are carried by any of the customers on the website, RaEat Foods reserves the right to recover all the losses and expenses incurred like lawyer fees, collection charges, etc. from the concerned party. The company also holds the right to take legal action against such a person.
